Baby Belly or Pizza Belly?!

We are so thrilled to be having another little baby due in April 2018 but I'm now at the awkward stage where people are probably wondering "is she pregnant or did she eat a whole pizza to herself?"!

Finding clothes that fit and that are comfortable right now is a challenge!

Anything "flowy" is a must! This was actually a dress from Tobi but it worked out perfectly for celebrating Thanksgiving at our cottage! The leather looking leggings are now my new favourite bottoms! They dress up any top and they're so comfy and stretchy!

Bohemian Rhapsody

I think everyone is stuck in that summer to fall transition right now and I'm not sure about you guys but I am finding it hard. The last few days looked so cold and dreary so I'd throw on a knitted sweater and the moment I step outside it's about 30 degrees and sunny!

Runaway Train

I've never been on a train before. I think it would be really fun to to go on a trip somewhere by train. Maybe not too long of a ride though lol. I love road trips but only when I can stop and explore random spots along the way!

Our little family is going on a day trip to Lunenburg this week and I can't freakin wait! It is beyond beautiful there and we always have such a great time getting out and exploring together!

Gypsy

I always say that if I could have lived during any era I would chose the 70's! I love everything about it!!! The hair (I mean come on, Farrah Fawcett's hair!),the clothes, disco, of course the music.

Fleetwood Mac is my favorite band, EVER! Gypsy is one of my favorite songs, hence my blog post. I really wanted to go see them in Toronto last year but it was 2 days away from my due date (which ended up being the day after Carter was born) and I definitely couldn't fly anywhere! Well, hopefully I'll have the chance again someday.

I think I need to throw a 70's themed party! That would be so amazing! I don't even know if I could decide on an outfit, there's so many I would want to choose. These jeans would definitely be one of my main choices!

I'm obsessed with these J Brand flares! I seen a photo of them and ordered them but I ended up with the wrong color. I really want the light ones but I still love these so much! I find them so flattering on every body type!

Looking back I really wish I would have done my hair more 70's for these pictures. Oh well, looks like I've got some ideas to work on...

Here comes the sun... and maxi dresses!

Are you as obsessed with maxi dresses as I am?! I swear I must have 50 of them! They're so perfect and so easy! Any time I'm in a rush and I want to look good I just do my hair, slap on a pair of sunglasses and jump into a maxi dress! This one is a little bit fall-ish with the darker colors but it's so bright and fun I just had to have it and wear it now! Oh, and the best part... it was CHEAP! I bought a ton of stuff from Ardene recently. Loooove their stuff. So cute and amazing prices!

It was the perfect dress for running errands yesterday. I was dying to go to Pete's Frootique (my favorite market!) for some baked goods and flowers. That place has THE best stuff! Their paninis, lasagna, grape leaves, cream horns....this is why diets don't last in my life lol!

I've been hunting for peonies but I can't find them anywhere! I know, I know, (eye roll) what blogger isn't obsessed with peonies?! But it really is such a gorgeous flower! Too bad I can't find the little bastards anywhere! I guess the hunt continues...

Music Festival Style

Seems like everyone is in the desert enjoying Coachella! I definitely wish I was there instead of being surrounded by all this snow!

I absolutely love bohemian style! The crop tops, crochet, fringe, I just love it all! And of course the hats and flare pants!

Here's some of my favorite festival styles:

Twist-band Fedora

Every festival outfit needs some type of head accessory whether it's a great hat or a beautiful head band!

Fringe top

How cute is that fringe top?! Perfect for how hot it gets in the desert!

I looove these pants!!! The pattern is gorgeous and the fit is very flaterring! They might be a bit better for the evening when it's not as hot though.

Drawstring bag

This bag just pops! The colors are so fun and playful. I love the fringe and bead details on the bottom!

I am obsessed with this top! It's gorgeous! I love the jeans too! The whole outfit is just awesome!

Don't you just love wedges?! I'm obsessed with them and they're actually pretty comfortable! I love the crochet on these and the wood detail!

Well if you're at Coachella, rock on! Can't wait to see everyone's outfits!
