Faux Fur and Leather, Just Furrrrfect!

This faux fur vest is one of my favorite pieces of clothing I own. I've had it almost 10 years now and I never get sick of wearing it! It's nice and warm and it's great for layering in the fall. Unfortunately it may be a tad bit smaller since I had a baby. Oh well, I still love it!

We recently had my friend Megan stay with us for the whole summer.

I have been obsessed with the Louboutin Change Of The Guards since I first laid eyes on them! They are impossible to now find in my size, so when I seen these gorgeous pink fringe heels from Shoedazzle, I just HAD to have them! They don't look the exact same, but they're pretty darn good!

I ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes for $40 when I signed up with them. I had to sign up for a monthly plan but between the 1st - 5th of each month you can skip that month and if you forget to skip it will credit your account for a future purchase. They seem to always have good sales and you can cancel anytime! I really like them so far and I've found some really nice boots for the fall! I had also been searching for a bright pink blouse forever and I finally found one that fits just right! If you couldn't already tell, pink is my favorite color!

It's been awhile since I've posted some fashion pics but we've been busy at the cottage, laying in our pool and going to the beach. We're just relaxing and enjoying our summer. I can't believe it's August already and summer is almost over :(! Too sad! But at least we'll be going to Florida in November so hopefully that will be a nice hot break!

I Am Not A Blogger

My fiancee and I seen this "I am not a blogger" shirt at Wal-Mart the other day and he was like "Omg you have to buy this!". I wasn't really going to buy it at first but he really wanted me to get it. I'm so glad I listened because I'm in love with it now!

I've been dying to get these yellow Valentino rockstuds but they're sold out everywhere. I ended up finding a "look for less" pair on ebay so I figured why not save a crap ton of money lol and get these?! Now I'll have a little more money for a new pair of Louboutins or another color of Valentinos ;)

Sunshine And Starbucks

Well it rained all morning and most of the afternoon but the sun finally came out! I figured it was a great time for my new jogger pants and Michael Kors sandals, and of course a white chocolate mocha from Starbucks!

A Stroll Through The Gardens

The hunt is over! I finally found some peonies! They're so gorgeous, they just make our home feel so much more glam lol!

Today was a pretty awesome day! Carter had his pediatrician visit and she did say he is still pretty under weight and we need to fatten him up (not awesome news). But... he crawled for the first time today! I was in tears! It was so cute. He also had his first baby "mum mum". It was so funny to watch him sucking away on this weird little rice cookie/cracker and mushing it everywhere in his little fists and all over his high chair tray (which was also super disgusting to clean lol, like a wet soggy cheesy, yummm)!

The doctor wants us to give him butter in his food which actually sounds pretty crazy to me and beef stew with gravy. Doesn't it seem super weird to be giving an 8 month old butter and gravy??? I need to do some research on this before giving it to him. I don't want to give him any salt yet!

After Carters appointment we went for a little stroll through the public gardens. I love this place so much, but really, who doesn't?! It's so beautiful. We didn't get a chance to see the swans or the ducks (my favorite part) so we'll have to go back soon when we have more time.

Apparently tomorrow is going to rain, fingers crossed we get some sun :)

I can not get over how freezing it was tonight at the field! I had poor Carter bundled in his snowsuit! In June!

Carter had a great time seeing all of my girlfriends from work that I haven't seen since maternity leave. He's such a little ladies man :)!

I'm so glad I wore this leather jacket but I definitely could have used my Canada Goose lol!
