Happy Fall Y'all!!! And a very Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians!
Fall is probably my favourite, except for the fact that it is cold! I absolutely love all the leaves changing colours, fall decor, Halloween, and not to mention fall fashion!
Here's a little list of some things that are currently on my Fall Wish List! Some are a bit pricey but there are also lots for great prices!
Fashion Nova is currently doing 80% off select items and there's also 30% site wide with coupon code FN30JW18RS
#1. Faux Fur Coat- Fashion Nova
I love the colour of this coat. It looks so nice and warm and super chic. It's a great way to dress up any outfit for the cold weather.
#2. Hot Cocoa & Cream Candle - Bath & Body Works
I have the biggest obsession with scents and candles and these ones are my favourite. They have the best scents from pumpkin, spiced apples, and this sweet hot cocoa and cream one.
#3. Pink Chunky Knit Sweater - Goodnight Macaroon
Pretty knitted sweaters are a MUST for fall and winter, you can dress them up with leggings and high boots or dress them down with some flats.
#4. Christian Louboutin Round-Toe Ankle Booties - The RealReal
You guys know how obsessed I am with Louboutins and these boots are so gorgeous! Ankle booties are a must for your fall wardrobe and I just love the colour of these and the chunky heel, not to mention those signature red bottoms.
#5. Mario Valentino Benedicite Crossbody Bag - Last Call Neiman Marcus
You have no idea how baaaaaaad I want this bag!!! I have a pink rose gold one and it's one of my absolute favourites! What's prettier than a bright red bag for the fall? I love the studs on this and I love the convenience of crossbody bags!
#6. Urban Decay Naked "Cherry" Palette - Urban Decay
How pretty are these red/pink tones in this eye shadow palette? They're the prettiest fall colours!
#7. Faux Fur Burgundy Coat - Fashion Nova
I love these type of faux fur coats and this burgundy colour is absolutely gorgeous!
#8. Faux Leather High Rise Leggings - Fashion Nova
Leather leggings are another fall/winter fashion must have! They're so great for the cold weather and the fact that you can still wear your dresses with them underneath keeping your legs nice and warm! You can also dress these up with heels or dress them down with flats and sneakers too!
#9. Hello Pumpkin Outdoor Mat - Amazon
I am obsessed with outdoor mats and I love changing them each season! This one is too cute! Perfect way to spice up your outdoor decor!
I hope you guys enjoyed my Fall Wish List. What are some things on your Fall Wish List? Comment below :)!

February Faves!!!
Since February was "Love Month" I figured I really should do a "February Faves" post and share my favourite things (most of them being pink!). I'm going to start doing a "monthly faves" and maybe work towards Youtube videos....we'll see about that one though lol. I'm not really a big video person but I like to think I'll do it!
Anyway, let's get to it!

The Lazy Girl's Guide to Looking Fab in 15 Minutes!

Today was such a beautiful day! I really didn't want to do anything except lay in the pool all day with Kyle and Carter! I really had to kick myself in the butt to get moving and get ready.
Here are my tips for looking fab when you are in a rush or just being lazy!
1. Dry Shampoo- This is probably every girls best friend! All I did to my hair today was spray it with some Batiste Tropical Dry Shampoo (smells delish, you can even skip perfume and just go with this!). Dry shampoo is the perfect way to skip washing your hair for a few days and keeping that gorgeous style for just a little longer!
2. Updo or Braid- A beautiful bun or a quick little side braid can really do wonders for any outfit! I rarely braid my hair since I'm not very good at them but I'm starting to learn, so I decided to do a basic braid today. So so easy and so damn quick! I think it turned out pretty nicely.
3. Floppy hat or a Fedora- If you really don't have much time, a hat can make a huge difference. Especially if you're having a bad hair day! Fedoras go with pretty much any outfit!
4. A Jumpsuit/Romper- I've said it before and I'll say it again. There really isn't anything easier than a jumpsuit or a romper! One piece, thrown it on and no need to worry about matching! I find jumpsuits just look so classy and glam and you can wear them with pretty much any shoe and even pretty sandals!
5. A pretty pair of shoes- Heels ALWAYS take an outfit up a notch! Even a cheap pair like the ones I'm wearing can really make an outfit look so much more put together. These were only $19 from Wal-Mart. You can't really see the details but they are like a snake-skin and they have a wide ankle strap. And they're surprisingly very comfy!
6. BB Cream, Brows, and Lashes!- Sometimes I just really hate wearing make-up and if I'm in a rush I'll just slap on some BB cream to cover any blotchiness or blemishes. I always fill in my eyebrows! Even having just your brows done really makes a huge difference. And last but not least, a few coats of mascara. If I'm not feeling like mascara #7 is definitely my go to...
7. A great pair of Sunglases- Especially a pair like these Dior ones that cover half of your face lol! Today was one of those days were I wasn't feeling mascara, so I just grabbed these babies and away I went!
8. Accessories- Grab a few bracelets, necklace, and some earrings (if your ears aren't showing, don't bother!) and your look is complete with easy added style!
9. Lipgloss/Lipstick- Throw on a little lip gloss or some lipstick for some added color.
10. A beautiful Smile!- Last but not least! A beautiful smile and you are ready to rule the world!
Get it girl ;)!

I can't believe May is over already! It feels like this year is going by soooo fast! June is one of my favorite months, it's the beginning of summer! I just can't wait to lay in the pool, take Carter to the beach and to our cottage! Summer is always the best time of the year!
Well, here is my list of my faves and not so much for May!
MAC Cool/Neutral Eye shadow Palette: Omg, the colors in this palette are perfection! They are the perfect everyday colors and there's some really gorgeous dark ones for the perfect smokey-eye look.
Batiste "Tropical" Dry shampoo: This stuff is amaaaazing! I love the smell of it so much. It smells like coconut and just reminds me of the beach. It goes on pretty white so you really have to brush/blend it all in but it's great at covering blonde roots and it gives really great volume!
Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Hair Mist: This is one of my new favorite scents. It smells so incredible and it's so perfect for the spring/summer! I really love this hair mist, it's great for when I curl my hair, it's just so bouncy and smells amazing.
Drop Dead Diva: I actually really like this show, lol it is kind of corny but I like it! I was out of a new series to watch and this was in my Netflix recommendations. Good job Netflix! Unfortunately I went through it so fast and now I'm one the final season :(
And not so much...
Batiste "Original" Dry shampoo: I really love the tropical and the pink one ( I think it's extra volume?) but I really did not like original. I didn't really find it smelled great or do as much as the others. It's not horrible, just the other kinds are so much better!
Amber teething necklace: I did quite a bit of research on this before buying it and I asked about a dozen friends who have tried. Every single one of them said it worked and was amazing. I will say it does make a difference with drooling. It seemed like Carter would be drooling like crazy and I'd put that on and it would just stop. As for the fussiness, I don't think it did a thing! Carter has been extra crazy lately. I don't know if it is from teething though or that he just really wants to explore everything and won't sleep. He is constantly trying to put things in his mouth and drooling so it seems like he is teething. Maybe it's just another stage mixed with teething.
Peonies: The hunt still continues. It is so frustrating! I was told that their season is just starting in the next couple weeks so hopefully there will be some around soon!

Last night was finally the first game of the season for my babes softball team! They didn't end up winning, but it was the first game! It was absolutely freezing! I swear it's just that damn field. Everywhere and anywhere else it was nice and warm, but once you step into the dugout...freezing!
Carter had THE cutest little baseball outfit but no one could see it because I had to have him bundled in 80 blankets! Hopefully next week will be warmer and I can get some cute pictures of it!
Carter, my mom, and I ended up spending half of the game watching from the car so he wouldn't freeze. He's been even crankier than usual lately. So sad. His sleep is way off too unfortunately. He decided Sunday night at 1:30 a.m. he was up and ready to party. Last night I had put him back to sleep 3 times by midnight...Ugh, I hope this phase passes soon!
Any advice from other parents on the "psycho" phase would be great :)!
I swear, my outfits always look way better in my mirror at home. And then when I get my photos uploaded... I'm like "I'm not sure how I really feel about this ensemble!" But Kyle told me he liked it and it was a nice "casual" look, perfect for the game! Lol, how sweet is that?! He sure knows how to make me feel better :)!

I've seen a lot of people doing April Faves at the beginning or middle of the month, which I don't really understand. I'm doing mine at the end so I make sure everything is included! I mean, what if something awesome happened at the end of April? You just pretend it happened in May?... Anyways, here we go!
Carter turning 6 months- I swear, it seemed like the day he turned 6 months he was trying new things! He was rolling over more, trying to sit up really hard in the bath and in the bed, and he just seemed more grown up! It was super cute!
Sunday brunch- Our new weekly thing! I've always loved doing brunch but we never really went out and did it. We had such a great time going the other day, I think we'll stick to it! Nothing like getting dressed up and enjoying a delicious meal, and of course a mimosa!
Fresh Soy cleanser- I got this stuff awhile ago as a sample. I had been out of a good face cleanser and I reverted back to my of Effaclar by La Roche-Posay and it was horrible! I would use it and shortly after my cheeks had red, rough patches which I thought were Rosacea. I used the Fresh sample I had and it cleared it all right up! It's so amazing and gentle. And it smells...well, FRESH :)!
Bliss Grapefruit & Aloe Body Butter: Bliss body butter is one of my favorite body butters! It makes your skin feel so amazing and soft! This scent was so nice and fresh, very spring/summery!
Parenthood- I know I'm a bit late but I started watching Parenthood. Sadly, I already finished the whole series! Every single episode made me cry but nothing like the crying I did during the last episode. It's such a great show, I might actually watch it all over again right now!
And Not so much...
Carter's Monthly Dr's Appointment: I was hoping Carter would have gained some more weight by this appointment but unfortunately he hadn't and he is still pretty small for his age. Both his dad and I were pretty small when we were younger but the doctor said if he doesn't gain enough by his next appointment he's referring us to a pediatrician. The doctor says he's still healthy but he wants to make sure he isn't missing something. Hopefully he's put on some more weight. We'll see May 13th.
Perricone MD "The Science of Cold Plasma" - I had been debating on a good anti-aging kit forever and after I got a Sephora gift card for Christmas I finally decided to splurge. I ended up just getting a kit so I could try everything and not spend a crazy fortune. Let me just say, this stuff was friggin horrible! I'm so disappointed I wasted my money on it. I didn't notice one bit of difference with any of it. The products say they'll make your skin baby soft, more luminous, hydrated, firmer, and tighter. I guess I must be the 18% of people in their studies that didn't notice anything!
Teething: April definitely seemed to be the month of misery for little Carter. Poor guy was so upset and cranky 90% of the time he was awake. I bought one of those amber teething necklaces. It definitely didn't do anything for the fussiness (jesus, if it did, I sure as hell don't want to see what it would have been like without it!) but it definitely did help with the drooling! I swear, he would be drooling like crazy and I would put it on and sure enough the drooling would pretty much stop shortly after!
The weather: We seriously just had more snow and hail the other day! I can't even believe it! This has been such a depressing April! So blah! Who wants to go out in that?!
Well I'm hoping May brings much nicer weather, and a happier little baby :)!

My fellow East Coasters, after today I think spring may finally be here! Now I actually feel like getting ready for spring! Good bye snow, you will not be missed!
There's nothing I love more than having a gorgeous manicure and nail polish! I have so much of it, it's pretty ridiculous! I definitely need one of those DIY nail polish racks! Maybe I'll attempt to make one and do a post about it!
Awhile back I was thinking about getting my esthetician license and opening my own nail salon, but after some thought I didn't think I'd be very good at it. Maybe someday.
My nails are in need of a serious spring makeover, here's a look at some of my inspiration:

What I Bought Wednesday
I actually got all of these things yesterday but unfortunately didn't have time to do a post. I was beyond excited when all of these things arrived all in the same day!!! I have been stuck using my stone age Iphone 4 for almost a week after my Samsung Galaxy S3 committed suicide jumping off the couch (yep, that's how it happened. Carter definitely didn't kick it off the couch)! Here's a look at my goodies...
Samsung Galaxy Note 4: The reason I chose this phone was for the camera and the S Pen and boy am I glad I did! The camera is absolutely AMAZING!!! And that is an understatement! I've only played with it for a minute so far but the quality of this camera reminds me of a professional one. It really picked up every little detail like Carter's each individual eyelashes. I've read a bit about the panorama feature for wide angle selfies but I haven't tried that out yet. There's also a really awesome selfie mode that has a beautifier that you can adjust the level of intensity on. I love the S Pen, it's so much easier using that when I'm writing down notes. The phone has tons of great features and I can't wait to see what it has to offer.
Voluspa Saijo Persimmon 2 Wick Candle: This is the prettiest candle I've ever seen, it comes in such a beautiful tin! And it smells soooo incredible with hints of peach and red currant. The Kardashians are huge fans of these candles and even my fiancee was like "oh my god! That smells so good" lol, so that tells you how much people love these!
Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb Hair Mist: Oh my heavens! This stuff smells incredible. It lasts and everyone notices it. I just need the perfume now!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow in Blonde: I've heard such amazing things about this product and I've always loved Anastasia. Can't wait to try this out!
First Aid Beauty Anti-Redness Serum: This had such great ratings on Sephora's site that I had to get it. My skin gets so dry and red in the winter, hopefully this does the trick!
That's all for now. I can't wait to post some reviews on these products after I've played with them a bunch. If anyone has any tips/tricks about the Note 4 feel free to share them :)!
